This is a very savoury wine that will pair well with rich stews and meat dishes.
Primary meaty aromas, roasted green bell pepper, spice and black currents with some balsamic, wild grilled herbal tones and coffee. The palate is juicy, flavours of roasted herbs and bell pepper, sausage and mocha flavours lingering. It has good acidity and soft, integrated tannins.
