The Gabarda 'Uno' is a fresh, youthfull joven wine (meaning fresh with little if any oak contact) made from Grenache and Syrah. The aromas are ripe blueberries and cherry jam with vanilla notes. On the palate it has more juicy berries on the entry followed with classic, tobacco, leather and mineral flavours and lingering chocolate and spice on the finish.
A fun wine made for tapas!
