A new winemaker - Karen Gillis - and new packaging too - the Red Rooster wines have received a positive makeover.
There's nothing fluffy about this Riesling it's serious with a steely core.
Aromas of apple peel, orange blossoms, honeydew melon and peach. Loads of minerality on the palate with more apricot/peach and oil of orange it shows mouth-watering acidity with a suggestion of sweetness.
Pair with seafood, sushi or sweet and sour stirfry.
