A great value sipper!
Aromas of lemon peel, crisp green apple, hints of honey and herbs with undertones of spring blossoms. On the palate - expect it to be off-dry but the flavours are snappy, it has great, tart acidity and a substantial finish.
You can also pair the Bishop with frites and lemon aioli, spicy dishes or German potato salad...
