This Champagne clone Pinot Noir is fresh, juicy and vibrant with crisp acidity, light berry and sour cherry aromas with light flavours of berry, beet root, herbs and tobacco with spice on the finish. A white wine in red wine clothing-great for goat cheese, seafood salads or gently spiced dishes.
