Anvers Cabernet Sauvignon, Langhorne Creek Australia, 2004
Readers rated this wine:
An inky cherry coloured wine with black currents, mint and graphite aromas followed by briary berry, bell pepper and dense chocolate notes. The entry is smooth - the palate is quite intense, the fruit is amazingly fresh for a four year old vintage. Good acidity and balance with spice, cedary and tobacco flavours on the finish the tannins are nicely integrated.
Solid, well constructed wine.
