The Show Reserve wines are the third tier in the Rosemount portfolio (second only to the Flagship series). These wines are regional--McLaren Vale or Mudgee or Hunter Valley... and they show their regional characteristics.
The Mudgee Chardonnay is brimming with tropical fruit, juicy peaches and pears, citrus and buttery notes. In the mouth it shows white fruit, oak spice, vanilla and a clean fresh finish.
Try it paired with a crab and arugula salad tossed in a creamy dressing.
