The rich aromas may surprise you in this BC version of a white Bordeaux(80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon) blend.
Orange marmalade and honeycomb aromas, grassy/herbal notes, butter roasted nuts and caramel with crisp lemon/lime undertones. On the palate it's rounded, still fresh even with some age, sweet herbal and citrus flavours with a strong, lingering finish.
An interesting wine that would pair well with grilled fish or chicken in a honey, lime and herbed butter sauce.
