This vin rouge is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Malbec, Cabernet and Merlot with aromas of plums and mixed black fruits, spices, leather and savoury 'garrigue' herbs and intense espresso tones. Rustic but smooth on the palate showing layered fruit, spice and roasted coffee bean flavours. The finish is a bit chewy with a hint of bitterness.
