Smoked and earthy aromas with sage and herbal notes, tart red fruit, cedar, leather and spice. Quite light-bodied with tart, herbal flavours and hints of red fruit on the palate. Austere and savoury with very little fruit expression but will pair with roasted vegetables or turkey with sage stuffing.
