One hundred percent Tempranillo and just what you'd expect - cherry and black currents, cedar, leather and spice aromas with undertones of iodine, cedar and more tart red fruit notes. It's silky on the entry showing fresh red fruit, more cedar, licorice, spice and peppery flavours on the finish. A little dusty, a little chewy and very typical. Perfect for smoked meats or tapas - you'll appreciate it even more if you decant it or let it breathe a bit.
