Pinot Blanc is topping my sipping list this summer!
The Private Reserve from Sumac Ridge is tossed with small amounts of Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauv Blanc to round it out. The aromas are bright - lemony and peachy, orange blossoms and white grapefruit with a drop of honey. The palate is fresh and lively with peach nectar and orange zest with a hint of spice and lemon drops on the finish.
