Unquestionably recognizable, the Fazi bottle makes me think of sipping seaside on the Adriatic in Marche on a hot summer evening.
Chilled and served with antipasti or seafood it's a definate food wine. Mineral, apple and citrus aromas with almond oil notes. Light bodied with a slightly oily texture and crisp, zesty, minerally flavours, bright acidity and a not unpleasant bitter finish.
