For somthing a little different from the usual Shiraz from the Southern Hemisphere the CJ Pask has aromas of sweet cherry, loads of cracked pepper, vanilla and red berries with cocoa notes. Medium-full bodied on the palate with prevalent pepper, cherry and spice with bittersweet cocoa and cedary flavours. It shows a slightly dusty mid-palate texture and soft drying tannins on the finish.
