This is a savoury BC Merlot - smoky, char-grill, wild herbs, cedar chips and seasoning salt aromas with plums and black cherry notes. The flavours are similar - herbal, meaty and spiced with fleur de sel and minty hints. It's medium-full bodied with oak spice and light tannins lingering on the finish.
Pair with slow-cooked beef stew.
