The "Summer White" is an interesting combination of Chardonnay and Riesling reminding me of fresh pineapple, melon and peach blossoms and spiced butter notes. Simple and zesty with loads of acidity on the finish. Although this wine has been aged in stainless steel there's plenty of Chardonnay character.
Well suited to summer sipping.
