Very aromatic, showing fragrant honeysuckle, fuzzy peaches, melon, minerals and lime leaf with a hint of ginger and lemongrass. Its snappy, but gently rounded, on the palate with crisp citrus, honey and minerals, fresh green herbs and tart white grapefruit.
Pair with seafood or butter herb sauces or tangy cheeses.
