This bold golden liquid emits aromas of wild honey and minerals, peach and citrus blossoms with ample spice. The palate provides tropical and stone fruits - again plenty of spice and citrus zest flavours that linger on the palate with a suggestion of tannin. It has a pleasing oily texture but plenty of acidity to make it refreshing.
