A potent Viognier oozing peach jam, warm spice, exotic floral notes, lime peel and mango. The palate is plush and rounded, the flavours are tropical and ripe with spiced peaches and refreshing lime oil flavours and there is just a whisper of tannin on the finish. The aromas suggest this wine will be over-the-top but it reins itself in from being too overripe and unctuous.
Pair with pan-fried crab cakes topped with mango & chipotle salsa.
