An elegant, mineral laden Chardonnay with plenty of white fleshed fruits, toast and spiced brown butter aromas. The palate has plenty of bright melon and crisp citrus, it has a smooth texture and lingering toast and spice flavours.
Good complexity - a wine for white meats and fish or smoked cheeses and creamy sauces.
