A very interesting bubbly made from 100% Verdicchio the Fazi Brut shows toasted, nutty aromas, deep dish apple pie and herbal notes. Extremely mousse-y with similar toasty, nutty, pie crust flavours and plenty of tart citrus to linger.
Good aperitif or will shine for fish and antipasti...
