Fresh aromas of elderberry flowers, passion fruit and gooseberry with citric and mineral notes and a hint of jalapeno. It's lively on the palate, but the acidity is rounded not angular, and features flavours of lime, gooseberry and herbs with snappy citrus zest flavours on the finish.
