Look out chocolate!
The Blackberry Port is made from organic, wild Salt Spring Island fruit and has the flavour and aroma of sun-warmed blackberries - intensified, candied almost. But on the palate it is fresh, smooth and yes, suggestively sweet but with bright fruit acidity, subtle notes of toast, cedar and caramel with a clean finish.
