A mixed bag of aromas - grapefruit and lemon, tart gooseberry,grass and sweet herbs with obvious minerality. The texture is softly rounded with starfruit, cut grass, gooseberry, a touch of citrus pith sourness and then a creamy hint of sweetness on the finish.
