Harvested from the Sandhill Estate Vineyard (formerly Burrowing Owl Vineyard) this Chardonnay has rich aromas of creamy spiced oak, brown butter, pear, vanilla and pineapple. On the palate it's citrus-y fresh on the entry, the texture rounds up into buttery smoked flavours, toasted spice and nuts.
Perfect for creamy and nutty sauces and smoked Gouda.
