Earthy, dark cocoa with Christmas cake aromas - dried fruit, sweet spices and cherries - undertones of rich chocolate. Dried fruits reappear on the palate, sweet and dense, laden with cedar, white pepper and spiced cocoa flavours. Long and warm on the finish with just a hint of fine tannins.
