Dried fruits, fresh berries, savoury herbs and chocolate with earthy notes. On the palate the Yering Cab is dense and smoothly full-bodied with fresh acidity, more berry flavours, char and hints of sausage, spice and vanilla with cocoa and fine tannins on the finish.
