The colour is honey and the aromas too. Ripe apricot, lemon drops, honey citrus zest and white blossoms with undertones of slate and petrol. In the mouth there's an initial spritz of citrus on the entry followed by stone fruits, candied zest and lingering minerality on the finish. It's off-dry but has snappy acidity to clean up the finish.
