This lovely cremant is made in the traditional method like Champagne, it's pale salmon coloured with vibrant berries in cream, peaches, floral aromas and whiffs of wild honey. Small, delicate bubbles, creamy on the entry with citrus, mixed berries and tree fruit flavours - fresh, fruity and floral and entirely satisfying.
