During a warm, relaxing December holiday in the Caribbean I gained a new appreciation for rum - and this delicious one evokes memories of blue azure seas, tropical breezes and icy umbrella drinks.
It's amber-hued with sweet cherry, toffee and warm spice aromas. It's sweet, smooth and potent with plenty of rich caramel spice lingering on the palate. Straight up, on ice is perfect or pour 2 oz over ice and top with pineapple juice and a splash of lime.
