Black currants, concentrated boysenberry and bell pepper aromas, smoked meat and dark chocolate notes. The dark berries reappear on the palate with peppery spice and more herbal flavours followed by hints of toasty oak on the finish. Medium-bodied on the palate with integrated tannins.
