Medium-sized bubbles, earthy, minerally and toasted buscuit aromas followed by roasted almonds, apple, pear and citrus notes. Very crisp with a medium-bodied mousse, crisp fruit, savoury tones and toasty flavours with citrus peel lingering on the finish.

Richly coloured a golden-amber hue with continuous bubbles. The aromas show upfront toasted bicuits with undertones of minerals and lemon and suggestions of berries and nectarines.On the palate it is creamy with mouth-filling mousse, zingy citrus, herbal and tree fruit flavours.
Produced in the classique method with a blend of Pinot Noir 54% & Chardonnay 46%.
