A fun and affordable bubbly for summer sipping, in white sangria or a good pairing with spicy dishes.
Pale straw in colour with obvious fruitcup aromas, candied citrus peel and pear compote. Expect a sweetish, mousse-y bubbly with a bright entry followed by pear, citrus and gingery flavours and a crisp finish.
It's not a serious bubbly and it's not trying to be. But if you are looking for an off-dry, affordable fizz this one will fill the bill...
