A combination of: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot respectively, selected from 279 barrels. The Fifth Element has rich fruit aromas - cherries and vanilla, sweet spice and bright minty tones with mocha. Juicy and bright on the entry - the fruit grows more powerful rounded out by spiced cocoa, some savoury/herbal hints. Very balanced - good acidity, structure and fruit with fine tannins lingering on the finish.
