A potpourri of fresh cut cedar chips and crushed flowers, light spice and tart red fruit with woodsy/forest floor undertones. Smooth and silky on the palate with flavours of fine spice, leather, pepper, tart cherries and currents. It shows good acidity and the finish lingers with spice and a suggestion of roasted coffee.
