A super-bright wine with fused aromas. Tropical hints - green mango and passionfruit - citrus oil, grassy notes and whiffs of honey. The acidity is lip-smacking, it has a nice weight on the tongue with exotic citrus zest and honey, a bit of grassiness on the finish and just a hint of white pepper.
Pair with fresh shellfish or asparagus and new potato salad with a squirt of lemon.
