A dark and mysterious wine.
Aromas of dark berries and cherry, dried fruits and saddle leather with hints of fennel. Full on the palate with a good intensity of flavours - fresh cherry on the entry followed by dried blueberries, roasted espresso beans and rich, dark earth.
Serve with rich meat and roasted dishes or chunks of Parmesan.
