This accessible Bourgogne Pinot from old-world producer Louis Latour has aromas of tart cherry, raspberry and peppery notes with cedar chips and violet with herbal untertones. Light-bodied on the palate with flavours that echo the aromas - fine spice, sour cherry, leather and a hint of raspberry on the finsih. Fine tannins and plenty of acidity make this wine an easy pairing with duck or fish.
