Sister to the rose-hued favorite, the uber-feminine Pink the Yellow is just that, a straw coloured bubbly made in a slightly drier style. Appealingly bubbly with crisp aromas of apple, melon, citrus and minerals. On the palate - it shows creamy lemon and citrus peel, mouth-watering with a hint of toast on the finish.
