Expect profuse peppery notes followed by black berries and plums, savoury/meaty aromas, garrigue and bittersweet chocolate. The palate is supple and velvety with spiced dark fruit, again loads of cracked pepper, dark chocolate and sage. The finish is substantial with lingering flavours of spiced cherries.
