Always a treat (second only to its pinky sister in my house) the Feuillatte Brut is a pretty straw-hued sparkler with assertive tiny bubbles and aromas of peach skin, toasted almonds, apple and citrus blossoms. Its super-crisp on the entry with a mouth-filling mousse tasting of orchard fruits, mineral and lemon rind then grows creamy mid-palate and finishes with toasted, nutty flavours.
