The Steller's Jay sparkling brut has a alluring amber-gold hue with pretty aromas of orchard fruits, citrus blossoms, red berries, ginger and honey. It is fresh, lively and vivacious with a soft mousse, and crisp citrus-y finish.
The 2003 is a blend of Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Blanc 34% and Pinot Noir 16%.
