Hailing from the cooler climate region of Leyda, the Santa Rita Floresta Sauvignon Blanc is mouth-wateringly good!
Crisp with smoky aromas, appealing minerality, cut grass and gooseberry with lemony notes. On the palate it is zippy and dances about on your tongue but has a lovely weight with grassy, papaya and passionfruit flavours and fresh citrus.
Surprisingly tasty with pan-seared mushrooms.
