The aromas remain super-ripe from my last review - peaches, melon and pear compote scented with wild honey tones. Rounded and sweet on the palate with coddled orchard fruits, warm spices and vanilla.
Almost unctuous and lacking acidity.

Stahltank translates to steel tank which means un-oaked. A surprising departure from many other un-oaked Chardonnays in BC. It has heartier, deeper fruit, super-ripe tropical and stone fruit aromas, earthy with stone minerality, vanilla and clove hints. On the palate it is round and creamy with ripe pineapple and pear flavours and a long, warm finish.
